Die Standard Pressbacke der Kontur U mit einer Nennweite von 16 mm ist das ideale Werkzeug für das systemkonforme Verpressen von Fittings in Kunststoffrohrsystemen. Dank des speziellen DURA LAZR TEC Laserhärteverfahrens garantiert sie eine verlängerte Lebensdauer sowie ein präzises Verpressen. Der Verschleiß innerhalb der Presskonturen wird minimiert und die Anzahl der Presszyklen verdoppelt - im Vergleich zum Vorgängermodell. Für eine optimale Qualität über die gesamte Lebensdauer wurde die Pressbacke zudem mit einem verbesserten Korrosionsschutz ausgestattet. Eine Besonderheit stellt auch die integrierte 3-Bolzen-Gleichlaufmechanik dar, die ein müheloses Öffnen der Pressbacke im täglichen Einsatz ermöglicht - mit nur einem Fingerdruck (One-Finger-Operation). Die hochbelastbare Spezialstahl-Konstruktion der ROTHENBERGER Pressbacke macht sie kompatibel mit allen Pressmaschinen, die eine Schubkraft von 32-34kN aufweisen.
