Die Compact Pressbacke der Kontur U mit einer Nennweite von 20 mm ist perfekt für das systemkonforme Verpressen von Fittings in Kunststoffrohrsystemen geeignet. Dank des speziellen partiellen Laserhärteverfahrens DURA LAZR TEC wird die Lebensdauer der Pressbacke verlängert und ein präzises Verpressen ermöglicht. Dies führt zu einem reduzierten Verschleiß innerhalb der Presskontur und einer Verdoppelung der Presszyklen im Vergleich zum Vorgängermodell. Der optimierte Korrosionsschutz gewährleistet eine gleichbleibend hohe Qualität der Pressbacke über ihre gesamte Lebensdauer. Die 3-Bolzen-Gleichlaufmechanik ermöglicht ein einfaches Öffnen der Pressbacke im täglichen Gebrauch (One-Finger-Operation). Die aus hochbelastbarem Spezialstahl gefertigten ROTHENBERGER Pressbacken sind für alle Pressmaschinen mit einer Schubkraft von 19 kN geeignet.
