Product Description:

The Makita RP001G is a lightweight and compact cordless router which, thanks to its 40V max. drive, delivers impressive power and torque even in hard materials. It is fitted with a collet suitable for router bits with a 12 mm shank. This machine has a router basket stroke of 60 mm, and thanks to the quick-stop brake, the routing process is halted immediately to prevent damage to the workpiece. Other user-friendly features include the soft start, which ensures a smooth start-up, and the anti-restart function, which prevents the machine from starting up unintentionally following a power cut. The speed can be conveniently adjusted via a well-positioned dial without having to release the workpiece. In addition, a dual LED improves visibility in the work area by illuminating it optimally.
